The influence of immediate tissue level abutment on crestal bone stability.

Speaker: Prof. Tomas Linkevičius

It has been suggested in the literature that implant position to the bone crest might influence bone stability. Subcrestal placement is suggested to cause controlled bone remodeling, but not bone loss. Immediate tissue level abutment (Connect) can be used to preclude not only bone loss, but also bone remodeling.

Immediate implantation with immediate loading in the aesthetic zone – digital workflow and guided surgery.

Speaker: Dr Krzysztof Chmielewski

Digital workflows and guided surgery opened utterly new options for the treatment of our patients. In my Clinic, we work with digital workflows and all the implants we place with guided surgery.

However, immediate implantation can be a challenge if we are not aware of the technique and tools’ limitations. The design of the implants also plays a role. In my lecture, I will share our experience and protocols we are using to reach perfect results.
